Make everyday communication simpler with the HandyTalker Custom Visual Communication Card.
HandyTalker combines easy-to-recognize pictures and words for pictures and words selected by the customer for their preferred everyday vocabulary, activities, and environments. Users can point to the appropriate symbol to communicate in a simple, direct way.
The rigid, fiber-reinforced plastic construction provides a durable alternative to paper communication cards and is convenient for home, school, work, travel, recreation, organizations, and other everyday settings.
The included breakaway safety lanyard makes it easy to keep nearby throughout the day. No batteries, charging, apps, or Wi-Fi are required.
HandyTalker is designed as a practical visual communication tool and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
**How to Build Your Own Card:**
1. Under the icons, you'll see a "YES" icon. Click to the right of this icon to display a list of available icons.
2. Once you select an icon, it will automatically load in the upper left-hand box. You can then click on the icon and drag it to your preferred location on the front or back of the card.
3. If the icon or word you want is not listed, please add it in the special instructions along with your email address or phone number. This way, I can send you a proof via email or text message.

I recommend using no more than 4 icons across and 6 down, as the board is double-sided and can display words for a total of 48 icons. Other effective combinations include 2x3, 2x4, or 3x5 layouts, and you can have different designs on the front and back.
